Hello. I am Rose Krushelniski and I am enjoying working with the Grade 1/2 students at First Steps & Beyond. Over the years I have taught all grades from K-!2 and have always enjoyed this age group the most. Children, at this age, are so interesting, fun and eager to learn. It always amazes me how much they do learn and master, especially in reading and math. These subjects are important to their success, as they are the foundation to all other learning. With the small enrollment, it allows me to spend more time with each student and monitor their daily work and needs.
My husband and I have lived in Sylvan Lake for about five years. We moved there from Saskatchewan to be close to our two sons and granddaughter.

Hello, I'm Veronica Emanuel. I was born and brought up in India and moved to Canada in 2007 with my wonderful husband and 2 children. My son is in his 2nd year of B.Sc. Astrophysics from the U of A and my daughter is in Grade 10. I have my Masters in English and Bachelors in Education. I have over 12 years of teaching experience.
I have been working for Red Deer Child Care since 2016 and have been associated with their School Age Program at Don Campbell School. I absolutely love teaching and enjoy inspiring children to learn and to strive to achieve their goals. I love to hear kids calling me Mrs. E.
My favorite hobby is cooking. I also love to listen to music and watch movies. My friends would describe me as an easy going person, a good listener and very friendly.
